Since September, you can also visit Mr. Hear in person: a specialist store on Pichelsdorfer Straße where you can compare hearing aids, try them out and have them fitted, at the same prices as in our online shop and with billing through your statutory or private health insurance. If you ordered online, you can continue receiving support here.

By bus and train
Take bus 131 or M36 and get off at the Weißenburger Straße stop. From there, it’s a 100-metre walk along Pichelsdorfer Straße to number 97.
By car
Parking is available on Pichelsdorfer Straße and the surrounding side streets.

The entrance has three shallow steps and is not step-free. Give us a quick call if you need assistance: we’ll come to the door. And if you can’t make it to the store, we’ll continue to support you online as usual.

- Can I come by without an appointment?

Yes, absolutely. Walk-ins are very welcome. For a fitting or a longer consultation, an appointment is better so someone can take the time to focus fully on you.

- Yes. We can also provide fitting, fine-tuning and service for devices purchased online at our specialist store. You stay with the same provider.
- Can I try different hearing aids before I decide?
- Yes. You can then try at home any hearing aids you like.
- Are hearing aids more expensive in the store than online?
- No. Every hearing aid costs exactly the same in our specialist store as in our online shop. There is no surcharge for in-person consultation or fitting.
- Can I bill through my health insurance in the store?
- Yes. We settle the costs directly with your health insurer in our store. Just bring your valid prescription from an ear, nose and throat specialist, and we’ll take care of the rest.
- Is the specialist store barrier-free?
- No. The entrance has three low steps. If you have difficulty walking or use a wheelchair, please give us a quick call: we will come to the door and help you inside. And if visiting the store is not possible, we will continue to support you from home as usual.
