Your local ENT practice

For anyone who wants medically supported care and would like to integrate the ENT appointment directly into the process.

  • 2 You answer a few online questions about your hearing situation.
  • 3 Mr. Hear prepares suitable hearing aids for you.
  • 4 At the ENT practice your hearing is examined and the prescription is issued.
  • 5 Still at the practice, your hearing aids are fitted by Mr. Hear via video.
  • 6 You try the hearing aids in everyday life and return to the practice for fine-tuning.

  • 5 The hearing test and the initial configuration of your hearing aids are carried out with individual support via video.
  • 6 You try the hearing aids in everyday life and receive further fine-tuning if needed.

What does DAK cover?

If the requirements are met, DAK supports the care within the scope of the contractually agreed benefits. Mr. Hear transparently explains what is covered and when extra costs may arise.

  • For adults, the statutory co-payment of €10 per hearing aid usually applies.
  • A private surcharge only arises for devices or features that go beyond the standard insurance benefit.
